Ashtanga Yoga

Chapter 1: Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga and Its Tradition
  • Explanation of the pillars of Ashtanga Yoga: Tristhana.
  • Practice of the Primary Series of Ashtanga with correct technique, alignment, vinyasa, and modifications with adjustments during one week. Mysore style at the end of the week.
