The main objective of our program is to provide students with a solid foundation in yoga principles, including asana techniques, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy, to prepare them as competent and compassionate yoga teachers.
The program lasts for 21 days.
Upon successful completion of the program, a globally recognized 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Spanda Academy Rishikesh is awarded.
No prior yoga experience is required, but a basic yoga practice and an open mind for learning are recommended.
