Our retreat is designed to reset your nervous system, relax you, and disconnect from the trials of a fast-paced world. We start each morning with our yoga and Spanda teachers, who will activate the energizing flow of your body and mind. We will enjoy a breakfast full of life and healthy colors. We will learn to cultivate the habit of directing our day and implement mindful practice exercises. We will have open spaces for silence or to share with others at the pool, spa, sauna, or in nature, or discovering the city’s markets.

Together, we will discover amazing places where we will develop rituals and healing practices, and end each day with sound healing baths, Spanda, and yoga nidra to feel the vibration of our spirit.

Our included Balinese cultural and natural experiences: dreamlike landscapes, waterfalls that will leave you in ecstasy, vibrant nature, traditional fire ceremonies, dance, and other unique and special activities created by our team just for you. All meals are included, and you can expect a variety of nutritious options.

Our stunning private retreat location will open its doors on January 10 to bring this unique and exclusive experience to life. Enjoy our lush natural spaces, comfort, and dreamy amenities: pool, sauna, ice bath, and internal spa. We include two massages to ensure you can truly relax. Our refuge is located on the outskirts of Ubud. Walking is not always easy in Bali, so we will arrange a transportation service for you to use to and from the center.

Our private retreat center is located in Ubud, 15 minutes from the center, surrounded by a natural setting. We have spacious areas, pools, a sauna, and an ice bath. You will have two massages in our internal spa included in the retreat price. This beautiful retreat villa features an outdoor yoga shala. You can choose your accommodation: private room or shared room.

What does our Bali experience include?
  • 8 nights and 9 days at our private retreat center, with airy, clean, and natural rooms.
  • All healthy meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. You can expect a variety of delicious and nutritious meals made with fresh, local ingredients.

Anyone looking to deepen their internal practice and physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, who respects others and wishes to explore deeper levels within themselves while enjoying the joy of living. This is a space for self-reflection, not conventional tourism, and we are not here to cater to a demanding ego. This retreat combines relaxing, healing, energizing, and spiritual activities, with exploring the island of Bali and spending time with like-minded people.

This retreat is suitable for people aged 20 to 80. More than 50% of attendees travel alone. The group will mostly be women, but men are also welcome! Some travel with a friend or family member, others with a loved one, but most travel alone. We will have plenty of time to get to know each other, and we can’t wait to meet you all!

No, each participant must book their own transportation (plane ticket).

You can take a taxi or ask us to arrange transportation. Our retreat center is approximately one hour by car from the airport.

We recommend asking for transportation from us. Bali's airport is full of taxis, and it can be difficult to know who to trust. After a long journey, it’s nice to be greeted by someone who knows your name and where you are going. Just look for the sign with your name.

November in Bali offers comfortable weather. It’s still warm, though rainfall increases slightly as the month progresses. The average temperature is 27 °C with lows of 23 °C and highs of 31 °C.

You can choose until private or shared spots are sold out. Shared rooms will be for two people, and each person will have their own bed. If you are traveling with a friend, partner, or family member, we will place you in the same room. Please check the prices for single occupancy for rooms with two single beds.

Yes, getting a visa is easy and you can buy a VOA (Visa on Arrival) after landing in Bali. Check online about the requirements for your country; it’s usually very easy to do upon arrival in Bali.
